Engagement Manager

Our ANZ business is growing rapidly and we are looking for a passionate engagement manager to join the team.

VoiceFoundry’s key partner in the CX space is AWS. We work with their amazing Cognitive CX suite of technology including: Amazon Connect, Lex, Polly, Transcribe, Comprehend, Personalize, Pinpoint and Lambda

The Role

Your responsibilities will include managing projects from end-to-end and delivering them as per requirements within the specified time frame. In order to achieve this you will be highly skilled in managing resources, scheduling and budgeting. 

As a CX systems integrator, VoiceFoundry also works with complementary technology partners to AWS. This includes Workforce Optimisation, Business Intelligence, PCI-DSS payment and CRM vendors. Your role will be to manage the implementation of holistic solutions that integrate AWS and other cloud technologies to provide smart CX solutions for our clients.

You will have enterprise project management experience in areas such as telecommunications, CRM, contact centre and/or complementary offerings such as Workforce Management, Voice Biometrics, Reporting and Analytics. You will have sold services that integrate these solution offerings, be a self-starter, and be willing able to operate both tactically and strategically. 

As a key member in this fast growing, exciting space you will have the opportunity to create innovative contact centres for our large clients with all the tools to provide amazing customer experiences. 

Personal Skills

  • Strong verbal, written, presentation and effective listening skills

  • Comprehensive planning and budgeting skills
  • Effective negotiation and decision-making skills

Basic Qualifications

  • 5+ years project management of cloud, contact centre, customer experience and/or CRM technologies
  • Undergraduate degree in a related field (Computer Science, Engineering), Graduate degree preferred
  • Proven track record of success driving adoption of disruptive technologies within enterprise accounts

CX Sales Professional

With offices in Australia, Singapore, Europe & North America, VoiceFoundry is Amazon Web Services (AWS) most experienced CX and contact centre systems integrator. We work with Amazon Connect, AWS’s Cognitive CX suite, the Zendesk customer engagement suite and complementary services to create AI-powered customer experiences for our clients.

The Role

VoiceFoundry’s key technology partner in the CX space is AWS. We work with their amazing Cognitive CX suite of technology including Amazon Connect, Lex, Polly, Transcribe, Comprehend, Personalize, Pinpoint and Lambda. One of your primary responsibilities will be to work closely with the AWS sales and professional services teams.  You will be front and centre in terms of helping our clients understand the impact that implementing Amazon’s suite of services can have on their customer’s experience.

As a CX systems integrator, VoiceFoundry also provide workforce optimisation, voice biometrics, business intelligence, secure payment, service management and CRM solutions. Your role will be to work closely with our technology partners to provide holistic solutions that integrate AWS and other cloud technologies.  

As you would expect from AWS, the Connect platform has reliability at its core so the managed services and support we provide isn’t what you would typically expect. Your role will be to tailor managed service offerings that enable our clients to optimise the technology and focus on innovation rather than day to day platform issues, patch releases and hardware refresh cycles. 

The VoiceFoundry team has deep specialisation in contact centre, CRM and customer experience solutions. Ideally you have a similar background, growing the business by building strong relationships with clients and partners, and delivering innovative CX solutions.

Location & Travel

This role can be located in Sydney or Brisbane and will involve some travel throughout ANZ.
